Travis receives a call from Roan Gerick, a long-time friend of his father's, who is grieving the tragic death of his son due to a new, lethal drug epidemic affecting Titan's impoverished neighborhoods. Reluctantly, Travis finds himself drawn back into a life he thought he had left behind as he searches for a shadowy kingpin who appears to have deep knowledge of his history.
