A new police officer is heard challenging an armed individual but is tragically shot in the back of the head. Surprisingly, the district attorney suspects it was a suicide. Meanwhile, a Navy veteran is found with multiple injuries, yet the police bizarrely conclude that he succumbed to pneumonia.
