Title: Excuse My French Drain Plot: In an apartment complex in Irvine, California, a woman takes her frustrations out on her neighbor's door with a dumbbell. Meanwhile, in Philadelphia, a late-night laundry session disturbs a neighbor attempting to catch some sleep. In Florida, tensions rise as a resident becomes upset over construction workers crossing the property line to put in a French drain.
