Heather arranges a private jet to Cabo San Lucas for the group of women. Noella, however, joins later after getting a last-minute invite from Gina. The ladies soak up the sun and enjoy their time together, while Jen confides in Heather about her challenges with maintaining balance at home. When Noella finally arrives, tensions begin to escalate, and Gina steps in to mediate the situation.
