Marcus embarks on a quest to find the ideal cow, traveling to Shropshire in pursuit of the centuries-old English Longhorn breed. A close encounter with a bull doesn't deter him, especially after he savors the exquisite meat. Back at the farm, he digs up his own horseradish and crafts a unique horseradish sauce. While he stashes some away in the cupboard, a significant portion becomes part of a community sharing event at the local pub. Once the Longhorns arrive, he prepares for a festive meal centered around delicious beef.
