The chefs pack their knives and head to Greenville, South Carolina, where celebrated restaurateur Carl Sobocinski welcomes them. He opens the doors to Soby’s, one of his standout restaurants, where the chefs will host an ultimate dinner party for a room filled with top local restaurateurs and chefs. The Quickfire Challenge kicks off with a cocktail reception, followed immediately by the Elimination Challenge—a full eight-course meal. At the judges’ table, Kristen, Tom, and Gail are joined by Carl Sobocinski and Shuai Wang, a finalist from “Top Chef” season 22.
