Buddy and his team take on the challenge of creating a massive cake for the Meadowlands State Fair while simultaneously dealing with a major retailer's request for Buddy to supply 90,000 cakes each month for their stores across the country. As Buddy faces intense pressure, he also grapples with severe shoulder pain. Complicating matters further is Junior's impending decision about his future—whether to continue working at the bakery or pursue a college education.
