In the early 2000s, Supreme seizes a chance to reinvent himself as a legitimate movie and music producer. Meanwhile, during his time in prison, Prince takes the opportunity to deeply evaluate his past decisions. As discussions around the unfair sentencing of crack offenses begin to emerge, Prince starts to feel a sense of optimism about the possibility of his own release.
