In Birmingham, Phil and Kirstie meet a couple who have already given up on their house hunt—nothing they saw was good enough. Meanwhile, in Derby, another pair can’t even agree on what they want, leaving them stuck in a stalemate. Both sets of buyers are stubborn, and the agents have their work cut out for them.
