A 13-year-old girl is brought to Angels Memorial after experiencing a seizure due to her spina bifida, leaving the doctors stunned to discover that she is Campbell's daughter. At the same time, a dedicated deaf patient and her translator find themselves in need of medical attention after their car plunges into the Los Angeles River.
