Ned seeks Moze's assistance to clinch a ribbon at the science fair, while Cookie tries to charm Vanessa and her grandmother. As Ned prepares for an upcoming test, he finds himself unable to concentrate due to various distractions. Meanwhile, Moze suffers an injury that requires her to wear a traction boot, causing her peers to avoid her. Cookie, eager to meet Vanessa, attempts to slip out of study hall, but his teacher denies him an early bathroom pass.
