Usagi and Ami head into the city for a fun shopping spree and stumble upon a clock shop featuring a timepiece that looks just like Luna. Later, Usagi is thrilled to discover that her mother has gifted her the same clock. However, that evening, the clocks begin to glow ominously, causing Usagi and the entire city of Tokyo to experience an unusual surge of restlessness and impatience.
