Host Eric Adjepong invites three talented noodle chefs to compete in the Alex vs. America arena. Hailing from New York, California, and New Jersey, each chef brings their distinctive approach to noodle-making as they plan their pasta selections and ingredients in the first round. Their goal is to outshine Chef Alex and secure a victory. Judges Evan Funke and Jet Tila will evaluate the chefs' creations to see if they have what it takes to dethrone Alex in her specialized domain.
