In 1956, the largest radio observatory in the world was established in the West Virginia mountains, leading to a ban on devices that emit electrical frequencies. Fast forward to today, and that same restriction remains, prohibiting the use of WiFi and cell phones. As a result, a unique community of individuals sensitive to electromagnetic fields has formed, drawn to a lifestyle reminiscent of the 1950s.
