A Marine colonel who disregards orders from his superiors and the State Department to save his men from a Haitian warlord faces a court-martial. Harm and Mac are tasked with prosecuting the case and are taken aback when they realize they’ll be opposing Chegwidden. Meanwhile, Bud finds himself in a difficult situation, having to decide which side to align with, ultimately choosing to support Admiral Chegwidden.
