Weatherbee Farm is buzzing with activity as the exterior work moves forward. Sam Perry, a paint and restoration expert, oversees the preparation of the house for its new coat of paint, beginning with the primer. In the meantime, a specialized European method is applied to line the old chimney, making it safe for today’s heating systems. The host watches as new wooden gutters are fitted along the front porch. Later, he meets with landscape architect Tom Wirth to map out plans for the surrounding grounds.
