Joe and Bill are on a medical assignment at a hospital. They assist an elderly gentleman whose pastime involves lounging in hotel lobbies, interrogate a man who arrives with a deceased woman, look into a man who wrote a letter threatening to bomb a radio station, and attempt to obtain a dying declaration from a victim of a shooting.
