Devon and Conrad find themselves in a race against time to save a woman whose condition is rapidly declining from mysterious symptoms. As they discover she’s a former hero aiding ex-convicts in turning their lives around, the team enlists the help of her family of former criminals to assist with her diagnosis and treatment. Tensions escalate when Nic pursues evidence to take down Lane while also managing the urgent arrival of her sister, Jessie, in the ER. Meanwhile, York brings his mother back to the hospital for a high-risk procedure, leading to a tense encounter with the unyielding Dr. AJ Austin.
