In celebration of the beloved soap’s 50th anniversary, Come Dine with Me makes a special stop at Coronation Street. Four iconic characters from Weatherfield compete for a £1000 cash prize to donate to charity. The legendary Bet Lynch (Julie Goodyear), the clumsy shopkeeper Reg Holdsworth (Ken Morley), the outspoken Kelly Crabtree (Tupele Dorgu), and the rebellious bookie Des Barnes (Philip Middlemiss) engage in a lively contest filled with raucous humor, a foot spa featuring tiny fish, a dish called 'Corrie de Bangkok', men in drag, and a male servant donned in an animal-print thong.
