Brother, Sister, and Cousin Freddy are on a mission to earn their merit badges as Bear Scouts. Although Papa is eager to assist them, his clumsy and haphazard behavior often lands him in trouble, requiring a rescue from the young scouts. Despite the chaos, the trio perseveres and ultimately succeeds in earning their badges.
