After Mariah's outburst on the bus, all the advancements made during Revival Weekend in Savannah come to a sudden stop. Dr. Jackie hits her limit when she understands that not every issue can be resolved. Contessa reflects on Jackie's suggestion to seek couples' counseling with Scott. Meanwhile, Mariah presents evidence and drug test results to challenge Quad's claims, but the other women question whether they really want to uncover the truth.
