Brogan, Haldane, and Castle delve into the murder of an undercover police officer at a strip club, working alongside the officer's unhappy partner. Their investigation uncovers a suspect believed to be nothing more than an urban legend. Simultaneously, Officers Orrin and Romek find themselves in a bind as they attempt to protect a friendly, undocumented ape-like creature that is at risk of being eliminated.
