Frustrated by the constant struggle for parking spaces, the Wheelie Peeps have had enough. After venting their frustrations together, they hatch a plan to stir up some chaos! Tensions rise when unsuspecting government workers arrive to discover their parking lot has been commandeered by hundreds of wheelchairs, creating a scene that no one saw coming.
