In the fifth segment of his adventure, Sean explores the picturesque Carmarthen Bay and the stunning Gower Peninsula. His travels through south-west Wales feature iconic locations from Pendine Sands to Worms Head, including a stop in Ferryside to gather cockles and a visit to a local community initiative on Gower.
