In a quiet Midwestern town, the 300th anniversary is marked with a Halloween dance and a corn maze. Last Halloween, Hadley Briggs barely survived a savage assault by her ex-boyfriend, who now sits behind bars. This year, a fresh wave of murders erupts, with a masked killer crafting gruesome displays from victims' severed limbs. The celebration turns into a nightmare.
