A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes On (2022)
Tirana's vibrant atmosphere contrasts sharply with the world of Agim and Gëzim, identical twin brothers in their forties who are deaf-mute and share an unbreakable bond. Their lives take a dark turn when a near-fatal car accident leads them to an ophthalmologist, revealing a rare genetic condition that will progressively blind them. As they face the impending darkness, only Ana, Gëzim’s spirited girlfriend, offers solace. Together, the trio confronts their fears and uncertainties over a cup of coffee, forcing the brothers to make a pivotal decision that will shape their future and redefine their connection.
