In Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Brian and Randi Johnson appear to be a typical conservative Christian family, but Brian stands out as a serial entrepreneur, constantly inventing new gadgets driven by his curiosity and desire for profit. When Randi is diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoes a unilateral mastectomy, she finds herself unhappy with the available prosthetics. In response, Brian secretly designs custom nipples for her, impressing even her medical team. This leads to the launch of a thriving business, but their family and community remain unaware—until one of the sons-in-law discovers a sample nipple in the towel area. This prompts Brian and Randi to share their journey with their son, director Justinsuperstar, resulting in a touching documentary.
