Years ago, the village of Kamyanytsya boasted a massive ski jump that drew crowds of tourists, keeping locals flush with cash. Time, however, wore the facility down, and visitors dwindled. Amid this decline, two sly hotel owners scramble to stay afloat, resorting to fleecing their hapless guests just to get by.
