The Raven on the Jetty (2015)

On his ninth birthday, Thomas goes with his mother to visit his father, who left city life behind after a bitter divorce to live alone in England’s Lake District. Thomas doesn’t grasp why his parents split or why he acts out. A city kid used to screens, he slowly connects with nature—and realizes he’s the only bridge between his lonely parents. There are secrets they’ve kept from each other that only he can share. Maybe he can change everything.
