Two young women regain consciousness in a locked, sterile room, their exposed intestines stitched together in a grotesque tether. Panic gives way to a desperate, visceral struggle as each realizes survival means severing the bond—literally. What begins as a frantic bid to free themselves morphs into a brutal contest of will, where claiming the shared flesh becomes a fight for dominance.
