The Wave (1936)
A Mexican fisherman loses his son because his low wages couldn't cover the needed medical treatment. Realizing the depth of his exploitation, he sees how he and the other fishermen are ruthlessly used by a single greedy boss, supported by a corrupt politician who shapes the laws to serve the wealthy few.
