Kouv ‘Tin’ Chansangva
Kouv ‘Tin’ Chansangva, also known as Kouv Chan “Tin” Sangva, is a prominent Cambodian skateboarder and a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment. Currently serving as the Programs Officer for Skateistan in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, she plays a pivotal role in promoting skateboarding as a means to uplift children and provide them with educational opportunities.
